Return and Refund Policy

Packaging
Unit must be returned in original packaging. Any other packaging not specifically
designed for the Dragonfly II System will likely result in damages to the equipment.
We cannot be responsible for damages due to faulty packaging.

Insurance
We are not responsible for damages or loss while unit is in return transit.
It is the shipper's responsibility to insure the unit against loss or damage for its entire value.

Return Authorization
Customer should advise of their intention to return the unit and of the reason for the return.
This should be done preferably by email to info@mosquitosolutions.com,
or by telephone at (832) 867-3838.
Upon receiving authorization (Return Authorization Number - RAN) and return instructions (including address of plant where unit should be returned), customer should insure that the RAN is displayed inside and outside packaging, and place a note inside the packaging showing their name, address, phone number and reason for return.
After unit is shipped, please email tracking information.
No unit should be returned without a Return Authorization Number.

Satisfaction Guarantee Returns
This satisfaction guarantee comes only with The Dragonfly Mosquito System.
Please note that very few competitors are sufficiently confident
about their product to offer this kind of warranty.
Simply follow the instructions above and the value of your purchase less shipping and handling cost will be refunded upon receipt of your returned unit. You need to let us know of your intention to return the unit before the end of the 30th day after receipt of your unit, and you need to ship your unit back to us prepaid within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorization Number.

Product Warranty Returns
Follow the instructions above.
Allow 2-3 weeks turnaround time for determination of repairs or replacement.
Return shipping of unit after completion of warranty work will be free of charge.

Shipping Charges
There is no refund for shipping and handling charges to customer.
Customer is responsible for return shipment to Mosquito Solutions.
Return shipping of unit after completion of warranty work will be free.

 

Privacy Policy

Mosquito Solutions will ensure you that your personal information is never made available to anyone outside of Mosquito Solutions. Although we have no plans to do so at this time, we may occasionally email notifications of special sales or introductions of new products.
If you would prefer not to receive these emails, please send us your request by email.
